Created by: Grace Richards @glambygracey Comments from the artist: I used one of my fav drugstore foundations (maybelline fit me), before completing my eyes. For my eyes, I created a cut crease using the Essence Follow Your Heart Palette, and for liner used the hard candy glitter glue to stamp on the Today Glitter liner to achieve that dramatic, sharp wing!
