Using hand-sorted Bourbon and Typica beans from the high altitude areas of Kigali, between 1500 - 1800 metres above sea level. This is a fruity and sweet coffee, displaying subtle hints of cranberries. This medium strength coffee is ideal for sweet espresso or refreshing filter coffee. We select our coffee growers carefully to ensure the highest ethical standards for our growers.
