Green Deer Tongue Lettuce

50 days. A distinctive lettuce that looks much like a 7–8 inch pinwheel growing in the garden. The olive-green leaves grow to a point, then spiral around the plant. An heirloom that is excellent for home gardens and heat resistant. Compact and very slow to bolt. The leaves are sweet and tender.
