Our Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby to garnet in color, with layered aromas of cassis, blackberry, plum, and dark cherry accented by cocoa, cedar, and baking spice. Full-bodied and structured, the palate reveals concentrated dark fruit, hints of coffee bean and toasted oak, balanced by soft tannins and fresh acidity.
