Seasonal Blends Offer Year-Round Delight! Our roasters craft unique seasonal coffees inspired by the moment using the latest harvests of standout beans. The flavor profile shifts throughout the year, but the promise stays the same: a balanced, approachable cup that captures the spirit of the season. Our current seasonal offering, Nocturnal, is back and features coffee from the Triunfo Verde Coop in Chiapas, Mexico. This year’s single-origin washed coffee is smooth, sweet, and quietly cozy, with a medium roast profile that brings notes of devil’s food cake, graham cracker, and crisp pear to the cup. Brew it for a late-night bonfire, an early morning, or anything in between. Our next release, Snowshoe, will be available late fall/early winter.
