Chinamed Nourish The Blood Formula 78c

This formula was first recorded in the 'Formulary of the Tai Ping Welfare Dispensary Bureau' (tai ping hui min he ji ju fang). It was originally prescribed for Liver Blood deficiency; however, it has since come to be used as the basis for prescriptions that treat generalized Blood deficiency as well as a broad range of disorders related to the state of the Blood. It is commonly used for a variety of gynaecological disorders due to Blood deficiency. In addition, this formula may also be used for chronic diseases due to Wind (e.g. itchy skin conditions, dry and itchy eyes, joint pain) characterised by the standard features of Blood deficiency as described above. TCM ACTIONS Nourishes the Liver Blood, promotes circulation of the Qi and Blood.
