Grayl GeoPRESS Replacement Cartridge The replacement purifier cartridges for the GEOPRESS are built to handle up to 350 uses (65 gallons / 250 litres). Their effectiveness may decrease when filtering water with heavy silt, sediment, or tannins. As the cartridge nears the end of its life, pressing will take longer—around 25 to 30 seconds—signalling it’s time for a replacement. Even with increased press time, the cartridge still provides protection throughout its use.
