Edwards 55 Ton Ironworker 3 Phase, 230 Volt,10" Brake, 55233022 The Edwards 55 Ton JAWS Ironworker is well suited to fit the needs of any fab shop, large or small. Standard features include a Punch Assembly with Pedestal Die Table, Flat Bar Shear, Angle Shear and a universal open tooling station designed to accept optional Tooling Accessories. Includes: AC1051, Edwards 10" Brake with 4-way Die for 55T, 75T, 100T, 110 Elite Precise, Repeatable Bends Brackets, frames, pans and tanks are just a few of the applications appropriate for the Edwards Brake Tooling. This length brake is designed to work with the 55 ton, 65 ton, 100 ton Deluxe, 120 ton, and 110-65 Elite Dual Operator Ironworkers. Brake Tooling includes a standard punch and a four-way die that allows for 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4" material to be bent to a 90° angle. The bottom brake die is held with brackets that easily bolt to the mounting table. Repeatable bending is achievable with the combination of Brake Tooling and the Ironworker's electric stroke control.
