Some Ethiopian coffees hit you over the head with fruit. This one doesn't. It's sweet. A little nutty. Bright enough to keep things interesting, but easy enough that you'll probably forget you're drinking a single origin at all. If you've been waiting for a good introduction to single-origin coffee, this is it. Freshly roasted in Springfield, MO, and carefully packaged in-house by our interns.
