The Light at the Forest's Edge

Painting trees is connecting with the Creator. These tall dark trees frame both sides of sunlit grassy clearing, where dappled light and shadow play across the ground. Through the forest opening, mountains rise in the distance under a bright blue and white sky. Sitting quietly in that green, breathing stillness. Resting beneath the gentle shelter of trees. Letting the soft whisper of the wind wash over me. This is a place my heart has always known. A place where I can be still. Where I can set everything down and simply rest."
