Herbal Tea

This powerful herbal tea controls asthma, relieves cough and cold symptoms, and increases immunity and strength. Ingredients: Arjuna bark, red sandalwood, dried ginger, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, javithri, nutmeg, shankpushpi, cloves, lemongrass. To prepare: Steep in boiled water for 2 mins. For stronger tea, add 1 teaspoon to 5 cups water and boil for 10 mins. Add lemon prior to serving. Add sweetener / milk as desired
