Tokyo Blend

A collaboration with our Japanese roasting team, Tokyo is a blend of our Ethiopian Nura Kurate Washed (lemony and bright, with honey and mocha notes) and Colombia Tolima (with a little more roast, sweet and clean in the cup). It’s the first time we’ve blended Ethiopian and Colombian coffees, and we’re thrilled with the result. Read more about our partnership here !
