Peltonen & Kni Bracelet

14k Gold & Amethyst Bracelet by Peltonen & Kni, Alppikulta Oy, Finland This rare and truly elegant original Modernist bracelet features solid 14k gold with a cabochon-cut amethyst. It was designed and beautifully hand-crafted by Helsinki based jeweller Peltonen & Kni, Alppikulta Oy in 1960. This bracelet is fully stamped with 'PLP' (maker), '585' (14k gold), crown motif (Finland), boat motif (Helsinki), 'G7' (year). It is in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age) with perfect amethyst. The frontal clasp functions perfectly and the bracelet retains its original shape. The stone sits firmly in the setting. The bracelet is medium sized and oval shaped with an internal diameter of 6.3cm X 5.5cm.
