Severin Brørby Bowl

Hand-blown Glass Bowl by Severin Brørby for Hadeland, Norway This heavy Modernist footed bowl features beautiful hand-blown olive green glass with large appliqué medallions. It was designed by artist Severin Brørby ( 1932-2001) for the notable Hadeland glassworks during his tenure as head designer. This piece is signed on the underside 'Hadeland (maker) 7028 (model) S.B. (designer)' It is in excellent vintage condition with no notches, cracks, repairs or discolouration. It has some very minor visible surface wear on the inside of the bowl and on the underside commensurate with age and use.
