Handblown Sommerso Glass Vase by Mona Morales-Schildt for Kosta This original mid-century sommerso vase features super solid clear crystal with a beautiful midnight blue underlay. It was designed by Mona Morales-Schildt (1908 - 1999), who was one of Sweden's leading glass artists in the 20th century. This model comes in a variety of sizes, including miniature versions. Engraved on the underside of this vase is ‘Kosta (maker) SH ( Schildt + hand-formed) 182 (production number)’ It is in excellent vintage condition with no notches, cracks, discolouration or repairs.
