Dry Orange Blossoms

Famously grown in Southern France, this flower of the orange tree has a sweet, strong aroma. Gently brewed, it makes delicious tea, and can be used in mixed drinks and baking, especially with sweet spices. Dry orange blossoms are also excellent for treating anxiety, insomnia, and indigestion.
