Lemon Verbena Dry

This long, slender leaf is the smell of the South of France. Resinous citrus taste yields to soft herbal notes, beautifully expressed when brewed as tea, cooked with fish, or paired with stone fruit, goat and sheep cheeses, or lactic mozzarella.
