Tohono o'odham (Papago) Basketry Plate

This is a large handsome basketry tray with a Greek key design around the body of the basket. It has a whip stitch rim with dark diagonal stitches. The basket is in excellent condition. D. 17"; H. 3 ¾" c.1950 #8569
