Magnesium has so many incredible benefits, and unless you’re actively working to increase them, most likely you’re deficient due to this world of constant chaos we live in. Applying magnesium topically can be tricky since most oils sting and can be very dry. My favorite way has been using this gentle and smooth body butter which gets absorbed way better than taking it orally (specially if your gut is compromised).
