Elegant, antique, interior doors salvaged from an old, home in Northeastern, PA. They're made of solid Douglas Fir or pine, and are painted on both sides. When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft wood. New pine hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old have. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine. The doors have a Victorian style, 4-panel arrangement with 4 vertical panels. The panels are raised on both sides.
