65% K'ul dark chocolate folded into a chewy-yet-crisp Bluebird rye-laden cookie dough topped with Maldon flake salt. A Salmonberry staple and all-around favorite, the Methow Valley rye flour gives it a lightly nutty flavor for something a lil' different.
