This carrier is made from 500D Nylon, It also has fully adjustable Hypalon (non-slip) shoulder straps with small slips for any use you'd like. The front of the carrier has a zippered admin pocket for high priority items. And, there are integrated vertical nylon strips for QASM buckles if you need to add a chest rig. It can hold 10" x 12" Level III or Level IV Plates on the front and the back. Because of its low profile, this low vis plate carrier can be easily concealed under a Jacket and is Breathable.
