This charcoal is highly recommended for use with our 16" Mini Grill due to its size. High-grade Binchotan natural white charcoal from Namibia, crafted for traditional Japanese yakitori. The same exceptional quality used in leading restaurants across Japan and South Korea. Choose 22 lbs (10 kg) or 11 lbs (5 kg) Restaurant-grade high burning temperature, does not contain any chemicals, all natural hardwood. A higher carbon content means that you will get more heat and less smoke from your charcoal. A good test for quality charcoal is the sound it makes.
