White Polenta with Truffles

Made with 100% Italian, non-GMO white corn, elegantly paired with Italian black truffle and porcini. Product of Italy. Stir the polenta for about 10 minutes, avoiding lumps. Dollop the polenta onto a serving plate, season to taste with olive oil or butter, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
