This camera is not in working condition and is being sold as-is, please read below. Vintage Samsung ECX1 Panorama 35mm film camera designed by F.A. Porsche, the design studio founded by Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, designer of the original Porsche 911. The ECX1 debuted in the mid-1990s as one of Samsung’s most unusual film cameras, with a bold “concept car” style body, oversized ergonomic grip, rounded futuristic shape, and large control display. It won design attention when released in 1994, including EISA and TIPA recognition. ( Casual Photophile ) Features a Samsung 38-140mm auto macro zoom lens, built-in flash, panorama mode, multiple shooting modes, large LCD display, wrist strap, and distinctive Porsche Design-inspired body styling. Tested and NOT working. Camera powers on and all functions appear to respond, including zoom, display, flash/settings, film advance/rewind motors, and mode controls. However, when the shutter button is pressed, the aperture blades stutter and stay open. Video is included showing the issue. Sold as-is for display, decor, parts, or repair only.
