The Richmond - Butter Rum Rambler (602)

Boot and Leather This is our classic Richmond pattern built upon the new 602 last. Our Richmond models use a double layer of upper leather to build the cap toe. The upper leather used in this style is the Rambler article from the Charles F. Stead tannery in their Butter Rum colorway. This article has many rugged features to it, including many depths of color along with plenty of texture. Much like kudu, no two pairs will be exactly the same. Since Rambler is heavily waxed and oiled, any boot wax or leather balm can be used to condition this leather over time. Insole Build This boot, along with others beginning their release in the Summer of 2026, will feature our new insole build combination. This includes our standard vegetable tanned bends leather insole, but with more arch support. Additionally, there will be a thicker layer of cork underneath as you might be able to see in the cutaway on the website as well. The new insole build is meant to provide a mildly firm, supportive feel in the entirety of the arch of your foot.
