It heats a strip down the middle and leaves the rest of the plate to catch up, which it never does. The stock regulator runs one fixed pressure, so your knobs can throttle the flame but can't shift the range it works in. That's why a Q2 has a hot corner and a cold half, and why the lowest setting still won't sit low enough to roast anything. This pack replaces both. The Python Burner — heat across the whole plate The flame loops the perimeter and returns through the centre, feeding gas ports directly under the middle of the cooking area. The dead zone goes away. You get the full Q2 surface at cooking temperature instead of crowding everything onto the one spot that works. Fits Q200, Q220, Q2000 and Q2200 on the original mounting points. Five-minute swap.
