Tekno NB48 2.2 1/8 4WD Competition Nitro Buggy Kit The Tekno NB48 2.2 is a focused evolution of the NB48 platform, refining an already competition-proven chassis with targeted updates that improve rough-track handling, steering feel, and long-term durability. Split-design 7075 CNC-machined shock towers allow greater chassis flex and a more compliant suspension feel, while redesigned shock pistons and guides improve damping smoothness across a wider range of track conditions. Redesigned Ackermann spindle plates expand the steering tuning window and sharpen feel at the wheel, and 3mm shorter rear universal driveshafts accommodate the narrowed rear end for improved geometry. Revised -2mm front and rear bulkheads, rear hubs, and spindles contribute to a tighter, more responsive chassis, while updated hinge pin sleeves and adjustable sway bar deadband bushings round out a package that's as easy to maintain as it is fast on the track.
