Cubeb Berries Kababchini

Cubeb Berry, is also known as ‘Java Black Pepper’, are fruits of a tropical vine, native to Java and Sumatra islands in Indonesia. The berries are picked before they are ripe and dried with the stalks (tail) attached. Intensity: Spicy (4/10) Flavor & Aroma: Pungent like allspice, a little bit peppery, aromatic, slightly biting & bittersweet with tangy flavor.
