Chiloé pepper grows wild in rain forest region of Chiloe Island off the coast southern Chile. Intensity: Slightly Spicy (2/10) Flavor & Taste: Mildly piquant, fruity, aromatic, slight touch of bitterness and flavor of citrus, licorice and menthol. Uses: Poultry dishes, stews, grilled meat, fish or shellfish.
