Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Succulent blackberries and robust ginger combine to create a wonderfully redolent, sweet, and pleasingly tart flavour. This balsamic makes an incredible vinaigrette when mixed with our Persian Lime or Eureka Lemon olive oils. Use as a dressing for a spinach salad topped with feta, toasted walnuts, and blackberries.
