Chip Carving Knife C11S – Small Blade

Our tools are sharpened to a 20° bevel angle, making them ideal for carving soft wood. We do not recommend using them on hard wood , as the fine edge may dull more quickly with tougher materials. The C11S knife is used for chip carving. It is designed for cutting geometric and abstract patterns in wood, aligning the background with relief wood carvings and other woodwork. The knife has a 45-degree bevel. The knife for geometric wood carving has a comfortable handle, is made from Ashwood, and is covered with natural linseed oil. It goes both for right- and left-handed. The knife blade for wood carving is made from high-carbon steel, hardened, and razor-sharp.
