The P3 Full-Motion Rocker Plate™ is Paragon's Australian-made rocker base, delivering side-to-side and fore-aft motion to take the pressure and strain out of long indoor sessions, without a built-in riser. Which P3 should you choose? Choose the Rocker Plate if you already have a riser of your own, such as an Elite Rizer or Wahoo KICKR Climb, or simply don't want the extra movement in your handlebars.
