The only difference between the lotions is the essential oils included in each blend specifically. I source high-grade oils and blend specific oils to help with certain ailments. What can I use it for? This lotion is for those who, like me, couldn't get to sleep and/or stay asleep. Super high cortisol levels need to be adjusted over time, bad habits need to be broken over time, diet, etc..but what we can do is mitigate some of those issues by getting a solid pattern of sleep.
