Click on the picture of the red wire to see how it and the pin are inserted into the small round hole at the bottom of your socket. 2. The long black cord should be connected to the location where you will be using the kit. The Y attachment at the end of the cord connects either to the grounding belt or to the anklet/bracelet. Please note that it can only be connected in one specific way. 3. Once connected, ensure that the attachment is touching your skin for it to function properly. 4. Each time you use the belt or anklet/bracelet, run your fingers from one end to the other to smooth it out.
