Garam Masala

A common seasoning blend in Indian and South Asian cooking. The word "garam" refers to the intensity of its flavor. It is usually added toward the end of cooking, or just before serving. Excellent in soups or stews [curries] as well as with fish, poultry meats, or vegetables. Salt-free. Hand-mixed from coriander, cumin, black pepper, mace, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom.
