Corned Beef Blend

Replace the spice packet that comes with your corned beef with our Corned Beef blend. In the crockpot its easy: cover brisket with 2 Guinness, or other favorite dark beer, and additional water if necessary. Add spice blend, and cook on high for 6 hours. Hand-mixed from coriander, allspice, mustard seed, cinnamon, clove, cracked bay leaf, spices, and black peppercorn.
