You may have a spirit guide already, or it may be a completely new concept to you. Either way, when you get to know your animal spirit guide and develop a close relationship with them, you'll open the door to a spiritual power that will serve to protect, guide, and heal you. A power animal is just that: an animal spirit guide that will empower you and help you deal with both the spiritual and earthly realm. Please bring: A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on A blanket, pillow, eye pillow/mask if so desired (optional) A bottle of water for hydration Notepad for journaling (optional) Please note: This is a one-hour healing experience.
