This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports, simplifying system piping requirements. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. This unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and is equipped with a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The self-supporting structure allows for either horizontal or vertical installation. The 6.15-inch nominal diameter impeller contributes to the hydraulic assembly, which follows Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity. The 3 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor operates on a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
