This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2" suction and discharge ports, allowing for self-supported installation within existing piping. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9" nominal impeller constructed from stainless steel, matching the material used for the pump casing and the shaft. A cast iron bracket paired with a stainless steel face plate secures the assembly, while the mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built to NSF-61 standards, the unit handles operating temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and facilitates a smooth fluid flow while reducing strain on the system piping. The motor has a 1 HP output at 1750 RPM, paired with an ODP enclosure and 200V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
