The Soy BBT-Class fish poachers are best fish kettles possible and available in the whole World, period. The product is ENTIRELY cold-forged by hand from a 2mm solid copper sheet, and has no weldings or dead-corners, unlike its French, Italian or Belgian counterparts. NO machines are involved in the process. Because the product seamless and possesses no welding or brazing whatsoever, it will NEVER leak, even after 100+ years of reckless and heavy-duty use. They are quite heavy though, weighing 1.1kg for the BBT25, 4.5 kgs for the BBT40 and more than 6 kgs for the BBT50. It is tin lined by hand, but since the size and bulk of the product the tin coating can last a lifetime, if properly taken care of.
