Outstanding Original Vintage 1930s FOGA Sun Dress Floral Cherry Embroidered Rayon UK XS

A superb vintage late 1930s 'Fashion Originator's Guild of America' (or FOGA) labelled sun dress, made from off-white slubby textured fabric which feels like a linen/rayon blend with an overall embroidered pattern of blossoms or large cherries (I can't decide which!) in bright red & green. The bodice has a V neckline with 2 columns of ruching at the bust, an open back with crossover straps, & short, puffy raglan sleeves with ruched, gathered edges & tight cuffs ; the flared skirt is bias cut with a high front waist seam. The dress fastens at the side with poppers, & there are thread belt loops but no belt. Please study the photographs carefully - they form an important part of the description.
