Super Vintage 1950s Skirt Cream Blue Flecked Textured Wool High Waist UK XS

A wonderful vintage 1950s skirt by 'Jenny Hockley' of London, made from a rustic, chunky tweedy wool fabric in a textured, knobbly weave in shades of green, blue, orange & off white. It has 8 gores (the centre 2 are larger) with pleats into the waistband & two hip pockets trimmed with blue ribbed jersey; it fastens on the back left with a metal 'GB' zip & hooks & bars, has elasticated tabs & buttons on the waistband & is unlined.
