Sand Cosmos

Cosmos comes from the Greek word for order, which the flower has been living up to for longer than anyone has been paying attention. Eight petals, symmetrical, no excess, nothing withheld. The Sand Cosmos is a ceramic wall flower, 3.75 inches across, one screw, no water. Sand is the color of restraint as a philosophy rather than a limitation — something that arrived at simplicity on purpose. The cosmos came to the Japan Collection already knowing where it was going.
