Mad Millie Annatto 50ml

Derived from the seeds of Achiote trees grown in tropical regions of America. Used to create a typical yellow orange colour in cheddar. Also used in some types of boutique blue cheese to create a beautiful colour contrast. Dosage will have no flavour effect on the cheese. Used for colour purposes only.
