Milk Kefir Grains Growth Premix with Colostrum Powder, Whey Protein Isolate and Organic Inulin (Prebiotic Fibre), scientifically proven to promote the growth of milk kefir grains by 300 to 400% and boost the growth of key probiotic species ( J Dairy Sci. 2011 Mar; 94(3):1239-42). Also produces thicker, creamier kefir. Simply add 15g to milk kefir grains per 250 ml batch during fermentation in milk.
